Our high-performance network provides access to a diverse group of hospital-based physician groups, community physicians, specialty providers, and hospital systems across central and southern Ohio to deliver convenient, close-to-home care alongside tertiary care, due to the partnership between Adena Health and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Network Indicator and Claims

Identification (ID) cards will vary by employer; however, for your purpose of identifying your patient as having access to the High Performance Health Network, you can expect to see a “HPHN” logo.

The administration of benefits is specific to each employer group, and information on how to submit claims will be identified on plan ID cards.
